Preliminary Schedule
Monday:
• Arrivals
• 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.:
Welcome Reception - Cocktails/hors ‘douvres at the Silver Dollar Bar & Grill. Light Hors d'oeuvres will be served.
• 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.: Sunsets & Sweets - Join us for coffee and desserts as we watch the sun set over Jackson at the summer home of Bill and Judy Cox.
Tuesday:
• 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.: Breakfast
• 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.:
Meetings - SAFETEA-LU and Industry Issues
• 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.: Spouse event - National Museum of Wildlife Art. Buses will depart at the front of The Wort Hotel. Children Welcome! Lunch will be available “dutch” at The Sage Café.
• 5:00 p.m.: Group Dinner - Bar-T-5 Chuckwagon Cowboy Dinner & Show. Meet at the front of The Wort Hotel to depart for the covered wagon ride to dinner. We should return by 8:00 p.m. to the hotel.
Wednesday:
• 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.: Breakfast
• 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.:
Meetings - Association Issues
• Departures
• Tentative group dinner for late departures.
